THA has Public Housing Family Units available at three different locations in Titusville. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and on Titusville Housing Authority property.

Central Towers
THA provides housing for the elderly, disabled, and near-elderly (age 50 and above) in downtown Titusville. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and on Titusville Housing Authority property, except for the designated smoking area which is clearly marked.

THA offers apartment homes on Water Street in Titusville for the elderly and disabled.

Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program
A housing subsidy is paid to the landlord directly by THA on behalf of the participating family.
